Times of the School Day

Our school day varies from key stage to key stage. The school gates open at 08.40am every day, with all children lining up ready to come in.

Our Reception class operates a fluid learning environment, but with the following sessions timetabled in each day:

8.45am - 8.55am	School bell rings, registration
9.00am - 10.15am	Assembly; focused learning and discovery
10.15am - 10.30am	Break time (with KS1)
10.30am - 11.00am	Phonics
11.00am - 11.55am	Focused learning and discovery
11.55am - 1.00pm	Lunch time
1.00pm - 3.00pm	Focused learning and discovery
3.00pm	School day ends

10.15am - 10.30am	Break time (+ Year 3 and 4)
10.30am - 11.00am	Phonics/SPAG
11.00am - 12.00pm	Numeracy lesson

1.00pm - 2.00pm	Foundation subject
2.00pm - 2.15pm	Break time
2.15pm - 3.00pm	Foundation subject
3.00pm	School day ends
