Complaints Procedure

We strive to provide a good education for all our children.  The Headteacher and staff work very hard to build positive relationships with all parents and carers. The vast majority of concerns and complaints can be resolved informally or quickly through a conversation with the class teacher, school office or Headteacher.

A procedure is in place for any families who wish to pursue a complaint through more formal channels. The procedure we follow is detailed below, but you can also view the Local Authority guidance on the Stockport MBC website by clicking here.
